[TYPO3-english] R: staticpub and to top link

Hi,

Thank you for advice, but due to lack of my knowledge (for me, lib.XX is 
something to dorop TemplaVoila's DS) and time (this monday was our site 
renewal open day.) , I couldn't make this sample code work.

I modified  class.t3lib_parsehtml.php directly to ignore if url is 
'#container'.

After this aftermath of site renewal, I should learn more deeply.
