[TYPO3-english] Problem with tt_board and sr_frecap on tslib_cObj->FORM

I have a question, whi in tslib_cObj->FORM function there is that?

$confData['label'] = t3lib_div::removeXSS(trim($parts[0]));

I don't think there is CROSS SITE SCRIPTS problem with label in a form 
but I would understand, because I think this genetare issues when I 
update to 3.4 my TYPO3 site that use tt_board with sr_frecap.
