[TYPO3-english] TS analyzer and object browser broken in 4.5?

Hi guys!

I have major issues with my favorite tools: TS object browser and TS 
analyzer in 4.5.0 (trunk). 4.4.6 is not affected, the problem is only in trunk.

TS analyzer does not show anything (see the screenshot here: 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=17633)

TS object browser does not show static templates from extensions (debugger 
tells me it does not call the method to include those templates).

I registered these problems as bugs but I want also to get confirmation 
from other people before I dig into this. If you have time to check this, 
please, do. This will help me a lot.
