Hi Andreas,

OpenX can be easily included with typoscript (as many other things too,
which is harder in other cms).
Additionally there some extensions using OpenX (not tested yet):

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/?tx_terfe_pi1[view]=search&no_cache=1&tx_terfe_pi1[sword]=openx

There some connectors, which have no equivalent in other CMS.:
 - e.g. EXT:piwikintegration

You may use the http://www.single-signon.com/ to connect fe-users to a
variety of applications. (Used it in intranets ;)

Additionally there connectors with special business logic which underlay
an NDA and can't be published easily.
Other are missing documentation and are not published :(

Regards
Kay
