[TYPO3-english] Extbase Error: No suitable request handler found (T3 4.5)

I have made an extension and use it for a while under 4.4.6 without errors.

After an upgrade to 4.5 I get the following error:
"No suitable request handler found"

I searched the internet and found only this page containing the same 
message but no solution.

What is wrong and what should I change?
