[TYPO3-english] Hide options for a user account: "Image position" and "column"

Hey guys, Im setting an account for a user, and Ive managed to hide all the
things I wanted except these 2 things, in the "Text with image"
content-type, in the Media tab, in the "Position" panel:

- I dont see any option in the backend to remove the "columns" listbox

- i want him to see only 2 options for the image position: "Beside text,
right" and "Beside text, left".

How can I make these 2??
