[TYPO3-english] cyrilic page titles in 4.5 - can't update db value?

Yes, it's mysql's uprade fault :) Charset was set to latin-swedish after 
upgrade and I didn't check that :(
After short reconfiguration of default charset and collation everything 
works.
Reminder to myself - always check the system after upgrade :)
