[TYPO3-english] Task Center: Page turning not working

Hey guys,

just upgraded to TYPO3 4.5. Pageturning now works. That is as long as you're
admin. Once I switch to a non-admin perspective, I get a
page-not-found-error when trying to change the page.

Comparing the two URLs (admin and non-admin) tells me this:

Admin:
https://domain.tld/typo3/mod.php?&M=web_list&id=8&table=tt_news&pointer=100

Non-Admin:
https://domain.tld/typo3/&pointer=100

So as you can see, the part "?&M=web_list&id=8&table=tt_news" is missing.
Can anyone reproduce this issue?
