[TYPO3-english] typo3scripts - Typo3 Maintenance Scripts

The other day I started writing a few shell scripts to automate some
tasks I often repeat when working with Typo3 installations.
The core focus was creating snapshots of an installation and version
up/downgrades within an installation.
I took the time to clean the scripts a bit and put them on a public
host.
