[TYPO3-english] Problems with locallang.xml translation since 4.6

Just made a test with other languages: ES+CZ work. It seems that TYPO3 
thinks that EN (sys_language_uid = 1) would be my default language. But 
that should be DE (sys_language_uid = 0). Any ideas?
