[TYPO3-english] Localization View is missing

Hi,

Localization View is missing in Web->Page

I use TemplaVoila and TYPO3 in newest versions.

I have created 2 additional languages. In List-mode I can create page 
language and translate elements, but not in Page-mode.

I frontend my contents is not shown in the right language, despite of 
that they are translated in Backend.

What is missing?

LangDisable in DS XML? Where should I put it or is it only for FCE's?
