[TYPO3-english] Typo3 Link Problem

Hi Joshua,

it seems that the links are generated with simulatestatic. In 4.2 this 
was in the core, in 4.5 this is a system extension which must be enabled 
to use it. Just go to the extension manager and look out for 
"simulatestatic".
