[TYPO3-english] back end unable to login

Hello i had the same problem and mine was because of the php allow_url_fopen
issue. Does your hosting's php configration enables allow_url_fopen? If not
you can use php.ini file in /typo3 folder and add this line to it:
allow_url_fopen=on
