[TYPO3-english] sr_feuser with useEmailAsUsername = 1 not sending confirmation emails

As far as I understand, useEmailAsUsername = 1 causes only copying an 
email address from "email" to "username" field and that's it, so it 
shouldn't affect email confirmation.
