[TYPO3-english] Backend page 3. column is blank

Hi Steffen, i can reproduce the conditions with and without php.ini file and send you backend passwords. :) But in fact at my first installation everything worked without php.ini conf. except the ext. manager import errors. Then at my second install nothing worked and i saw dead(blank) pages everywhere. Then with a php.ini file with only allow_url_fopen line everything is fine now. I don't understand what changed after the first install because it worked without errors(except ext. manager). But now whenever i delete php.ini every page goes to blank. I fixed the problems with ini configration and am fine now.
