[TYPO3-english] empty notification mails from comments extension

Oops, found the solution after all!

I had already seen bug http://forge.typo3.org/issues/28660 which says:

The path to the email template broken in constants.txt:

wrong:

emailTemplate = EXT:comments/res/email.txt

correct:

emailTemplate = EXT:comments/resources/email.txt

BUT in fact that is wrong. The correct path is:

emailTemplate = EXT:comments/resources/template/email.txt
