[TYPO3-english] Changing a page content

Hi,

 

After Templa Voila builds a site,  I have 3 questions:

 

1.       To add a new element/frame to a page, do I change the template or
the html of the page ?

2.       Where do I find the html for each page ?  (I know where the
templates are)  

3.       To delete a site can I simply delete the files under fileadmin
without causing problems ?
