Tony,

Feeling silly for asking, but are databases on the same server?

Have you tried from the command line to connect to each database with the desired username and password?

Is it possible that one of the systems is grabbing incorrect database access information?

The debug information you gave said `Access denied for user 'correctMysqlLogin'@'localhost'`. As such, the correctMysqlLogin doesn't have access to the desired table. Fix via cpanel's DB panel or use phpMyAdmin Privileges tab to add the database to the desired user.
