No, no, that's correct in this context.

I wonder about you added the vge_tagcloud configuration (you said "So I 
included the example config like this:"). How did you add it and are you 
sure your are not overriding some other part of the configuration?

The best would be to check your overall RealURL configuration. Go to Web 
 > Info > Speaking URL Management > Configuration and check if it all 
looks good.
