[TYPO3-english] Upload file when defining a link in TinyMCE RTE?

Very often (always?) link on external doc (pdf, doc, etc.) are defined on
content elements like text. Using RTE editor, the link button is very easy
to use to define link on other webpages but not on external documents.

External documents should first be uploaded in the "Files" section, then
comming back in the editor, the link can be defined.

Is there a new extension or a trick here to allow the file upload in the
popup displayed when the link definition is called?
