Don't install any extensions (especially sourceopt!) and do not use tidy as
others recommend: this will only slow down your server. Instead go to
Web>Template, choose TypoScript Object browser and search for TYPO3SEARCH_.
Than modify TypoScript right in the TS object browser to remove those
comments. As simple as that.
