[TYPO3-english] Strange mail behavior

Good afternoon,

I'm using commerce extension, and this extension sends an user and admin 
mail to notify the client and the admin about the order.
I've customized this mail, but then strange behaviour occurs.

When I see the mail in HTML it shows the commerce logo, although I 
customized the logo, and also my changes in the template doesn't show up.

When I see the source it gives the correct html for the (custumized) 
logo and also the correct html for the other editions. Anybody a hint 
where this behaviour comes from?
And maybe a direction on how to fix it?

PS: Direct mail extension is working perfect in the same website.
PS2: I don't think it's an explicit direct mail problem, that's why I 
post it here. :-)
