[TYPO3-english] Problem with sr_email_subscribe - and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing

oh my GOD... I fixed it! It WAS in the list view! Who said Typo was
overly-complicated and unintuitive? Who needs an admin UI when you can
configure everything in a text file!
