[TYPO3-english] GoTYPO3 announcement

Hello Ben,

I need to prepare some documentation. The individual services like vsftp, awstats required to be configured first. Here I am using vsftpd with virtual user support, hence system level configuration is not required. A documentation from my end can allow others to modify it to support more features. So I need some time to prepare the documentation.
