[TYPO3-english] RTE height make it unusable

Hello all

Since upgrade to 4.4.2, Rich Text Editor area height is "locked" to
150 px approx. and cannot be extended vertically even if we set 800 px
for instance in user settings.

This has been tested on a fresh install without any ext.

Reverting to 4.4.1 solves this problem but not very satisfying for
security purpose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you think it's a bug, can someone fill a bug report on TYPO3 Mantis
because I don't have an account on the bugtracker.
