[TYPO3-english] Imagewidth in templates and FCEs

Sorry but you've lost me there. I don't know how to do this the way you
want. FCEs and "normal" typoscript don't go well together, because FCEs are
handled by Templavoila and aren't meant to be understood by the TYPO3 core.
