[TYPO3-english] after update to 4.3.0, no before/after space

Hi and thank you Francois,

After a long time I'm back at this same problem and I'd thought I'd look into it now.

First of all, changing the css_styled_content to v4.2 the before and after fields work again. But this is of course not optional; to use TYPO3 4.4.2 with css_styled_content v4.2 (v4.3 doesn't work either).

According to TSOB I don't have tt_content.stdWrap.innerWrap.default 

but there is

tt_content.stdWrap.innerWrap.cObject.default = COA
     blahblah very long

I don't find anything in my ts overriding this.
Very strange. Uninstalling ext one by one doesn't help either.
