[TYPO3-english] Rewrite and siteScript

Is there anybody that could explain me this:

When i use apache rewrite rule:

RewriteRule ^/classes(.*)$ /factory/planes/pilots/classes$1

and i enter: http://mysite.com/classes/somepage in browser address field

siteScript  ( this->siteScript = 
t3lib_div::getIndpEnv('TYPO3_SITE_SCRIPT'); )

equals

"classes/somepage"

instead of rewritten path - "factory/planes/pilots/classes/somepage"
