[TYPO3-english] relAttribute

Hello list,

Does anybody know if it's possible to enable a 'rel' field and disable 
the 'target' field for the browse_links.php dialog?

For the RTE you can do this with:

RTE.default {
     buttons.link.relAttribute.enabled = 1
     buttons.link.targetSelector.disabled = 1
     buttons.link.popupSelector.disabled = 1
}

But how can i configure this for all other link dialogs?
