[TYPO3-english] Problem with # links and CoolURI

Currently it's static but i can make it in TS if that will solve the 
problem.

Btw. Jan, can i please ask you some more questions dealing CoolURI. One of 
the main features i need is to be able to manually set URL path for some 
pages. If i'm right this can only be done in CoolURI LinkManager? And i 
can't give access to LinkManager to all TYPO3 BE users (there are many of 
them) so users can't set manully path for their pages - is this true? If i'm 
right they can only set the last part od page path (path segment) and that 
part can't look like foo.html (dot is deleted). Thank you very much.
