[TYPO3-english] tt-news not shown

I have a conditional insert on my site with following code.

tt_news 3.01, typo3 4.3.3
All is on a standard v-server from Strato, my working environment which 
I use for years now.

After some time working the tt-news module doesn't show up any more. 
However the other plugins work fine. Some time ago I had the tt_news in 
the right column and it worked for some time. When it didn't any more I 
moved it to the left column and it seemed to be fine. Now it is off again.
