[TYPO3-english] Edit page appears blank in backend

Thanks Dmitry,

I had found similar posts but none mentioned that i also had to allow my IP
in devIPmask - once I had done this I quickly identified the problem.

I have also solved my other problem by including the CSS styled content
default template as this seems to have taken over from the styles(default)
template.

Perhaps this will help other people with the same problems.
