[TYPO3-english] problem with tt_news flexform after upgrade from 2.5.x to 3.0.1

Hello everybody!

I upgraded my T3 from 4.1.x to 4.3.x, but I have some "odd" problems with  
tt_news: after upgrading it from 2.5 to 3.0.1,

1. I can't see the field  "Typoscript for this content element" on  
flexforms!!
2. flexforms don't show the fields to select categories

Please,note that my BE user has admin rights and I've set the "General  
Record Storage Page"
