It's really a pain that so many authors don't follow the TYPO3 release  
scheme (as a good practice) to only add bugfixes to minor-minor releases,  
but require configuration changes with the smallest updates.. :(

I just remember a direct_mail update, which required an additional field  
for each fe_user to be set...
