[TYPO3-english] rgnewsce/TYPO3 4.3.2 & downgrade TYPO3

Hi Krystian,

I just tried to import rgnewsce from TER, but it says it is version 
0.1.0. Maybe it takes some time before 0.1.1 will be available? I 
installed version 0.1.0 and it gives some errors in the LOG.

Errors like this:
Core: Error handler (BE): PHP Warning: include() [function.include]: 
Failed opening '../typo3conf/ext/rgnewsce/ext_tables-2.5.2.php'

But probably this is solved with 0.1.1...
