[TYPO3-english] rgnewsce/TYPO3 4.3.2 & downgrade TYPO3

Hi all,

I have 2 questions.

Question 1
Is it known to anyone if the extension "rgnewsce" will be compatible 
with TYPO3 v4.3.2 soon?

Question 2
I want to downgrade my website from TYPO3 4.3.2 to 4.3.0.
Will these steps be sufficient?:
- (I already updated the extensions)
- Lock the backend
- Backup the database
- Move the symlinks to the 4.3.0 source
- Unlock the backend
- Run the steps with the Install Tool
- Check if everything is ok in frontend and backend
