I know that tool. 
be careful: it shows percentage of the highest dir. 
to get the percentage of TYPO3 of the complete disk you must start at 
root and that will be a very small part (132MB out of 60GB). 

but what me makes wonder: your TYPO3-source seems to be much bigger than 
mine. your image reads 132MB, my tool (KDirStat of KDE) shows 33MB for 
typo3_src-4.3.2. maybe a bug (wrong softlinks-statistics?)
