[TYPO3-english] Problem with GraphicsMagick 1.3

Hallo,

thanks for your fast answer.

Now I disabled GDLib. I tried to change IM5 effects. It is written to 
localconf.php ($TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_v5effects'] = '0';) but if I 
click at 'All Configuration' it shows again im_v5effects = -1

GDLib enabled: 0
GDLib using PNG: 0
GDLib 2 enabled: 1
IM5 effects enabled: -1 (Blurring/Sharpening with IM 5+)

Nothing changed expect 'GD library functions' are not working anymore 
(as expected)
