[TYPO3-english] Using spell checker of RTE in windows server

Hi,
     Does anybody knows how to enable spell checker feature of RTE in windows server? It works correctly in linux server. But in the case of windows, what are steps to be done for working spell checker feature? Checked with aspell configured, but won't works. I think I had missed something. Please help if somebody used spell check successfully in windows server.
