[TYPO3-english] Upload File from Frontend User

Hi,

I seek an extension to allow a user frontend to load a pdf file.
The file will be sent to the administrator and published after its approval.

   - File Upload   ( fileupload ) is too simple
   - DAM Frontend ( dam_frontend )?
   - Others extension?
