After a lot of fumbling around I found at last how to format the tooltip 
of the POI.  It is configures via css.  I found a file in the module 
called rggm.css and copied the content of the file an pasted it into 

# CSS styles
  _CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE (
)

in the static TS of my template.  When I edited the CSS-code my 
configuration was changed.
