[TYPO3-english] dyntabmenu: not used in type "shortcut"

hi list

in one of my TYPO3-installations (4.3.3) the page properties-table of 
the type "shortcut" doesn't use dyntabmenu, ie. it just shows an 
ordinary table.

when i change this page to another page type, dyntabmenu is activated 
and shows the tabs.

changing back to "shortcut", it's just the same as before (no tabs).

where can i change this behavior?

using:
- templavoila 1.3.7
- t3skin 4.2.0

(in other installations with the same configuration dyntabmenu is used 
for the type "shortcut")
