[TYPO3-english] How to manage file when working in draft Workspace?

I create a "editor" group with users who should be able to create new pages
or page contents. Of course these new contents can contain image or other
multimedia files.

MaybeI'm missing something very basic, but when logged as an editor user, I
have NO WAY to handle (upload, browse, etc.) files on the server. So no way
to insert a picture in a page before to make this content to be validated by
admin.

What am I doing wrong here?
