just some thoughts:
racing-conditions?
proxy/caches on the internet-connection?
I have problems accessing one installation which resides on a mirrored
server, as every action gets randomly on one of two servers. also most
actions work.
An ISP proxy might result in similar effects and maybe especially working
with images may result in racing conditions.
AFAIK in earlier days AOL used an own algorithm to compress images for
its own 'Browser'. I have heard today some phone-ISP use a similar
software. maybe it is used with other lines.
more to observe:
what dirrences result in ...
- different browser on same computer and same internet connection?
- different computer (with same(?) version of browser) on same internet
connection?
- same browser/computer on different internet connection?
