[TYPO3-english] No TypoScript template found!

Hello,

i migrated (several) typo3 sites to a new server, most of them works 
fine except a 4.3.3 installation. I can login to backend, according to 
the install tool everything seems to work fine, but on the frontend i 
get the error message:

"No TypoScript template found!"

I cleared all caches after the migration. in the webserver log i see the 
following entries:

So i guess it's some kind of DB  problem, but as i can login to the 
backend and see all the content there it's not that i have db access 
problems i guess. Probably some field type mismatch? I checked, i 
definitely can see (and edit) the main template records in the backend.

Anybody has any idea please how can i fix this?

ps.: btw i've installed devLog, but that doesn't give any output in the 
backend module
