[TYPO3-english] RealURL 1.9.2 shows PHP warnings

One more issue of this installation: sometimes page-pathes are generated as
non-realURL (index.php?id=XX). This happens only for the first domain (which
has root page id = 1).

And mostly after a page is called as non-realURL page.
F.e. I have page News (id=12).
If it was called first time after clearing cache as
www.domain1.com/news.html, all the menues and typolinks on it will be shown
in realURL way. But if I call it as www.domain1.com/index.php?id=12 (even
without clearing cache before it) all the links will become non-realURL.
Calling page as www.domain1.com/news.html again doesn't solve the problems -
links still are non-realURL. Clearing of all caches helps.

Other two domains don't have such a problem. Their pages may be called in
different ways and always will contain correct realURL links at them.

RealURL version is 1.8.1 (downgraded it due to warnings of 1.9.2)

What may be the problem of such a behaviour?
