[TYPO3-english] typo3 without imagemagik

 Hello,
        
        Is-it possible to create thumbnails, and/or to resize images without
        imagemagik installed ? I'm hosted on byethost who do no provide
        imagemagik...
        
        I've put
        $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im'] = 0;
        
        in the localconf.php, but my pictures are in real size, so enormeous. I
        suppose I haven't the other choice than resizing each picture and
        resending on the server ?
