[TYPO3-english] Localization of data in two tree concept

I believe it would most probaly save you trouble to stay in the two tree
concept once you decided to use it. And that would mean storing translations
of news in separate sys folders.

There might be some tricks to do otherwise (such at selecting the news
records seperately) but usually TYPO3 first searches for the proper
translation of the page. if the page translation is found the translated
plug-ins will be used and choose the translated records.

If there is no page translation to be found then there will be a fallback to
the normal, non-translated content witch always belongs to syslanguage 0.

Alternatively you could decide to use a one-tree concept and hide standard
translations where they are not needed. Then the news can be kept within a
one tree concept.
