[TYPO3-english] Context help not work

For such a major upgrade I always make sure that I:
- performed all necessary steps of the Upgrade Wizard in the Install Tool
- removed all files from typo3temp and its subdirectories (except llxml)
- cleared the browser cache
- cleared all caches from the backend
