[TYPO3-english] FE edit not working in IE8 (and BE difference in Page Module)

Does anyone have any thoughts on the FE edit question?

If this is not the appropriate list...Does anyone have a suggestions for a
more appropriate forum in which to post these questions?
I looked at the feeditadvanced SVN site...but it didn't look like it was
getting too much traffic. And I was hoping to get a bit of feedback prior to
actually posting a Bug...
